An On-brand Informational Presentation

PowerPoint Presentation for the Combined Federal Campaign

Challenge:

The Combined Federal Campaign engages with thousands of charities each year, enabling them to received funding via employee donations. This presentation was to be shared in multiple virtual meetings with potential charity partners.

Process:

The message was provided as a long script, which would have been a stereotypically boring PowerPoint if it had been used as bullets on screen. Instead, I worked with the contracting firm to cut the on-screen text to just the essentials, and we included the full text as notes on each slide. This allowed the presenter to read the notes while simple slide animations hit the key points.

Final Design:

In addition to the slides, a custom-designed Notes layout was created so a PDF export could be provided as a leave-behind for charities. The Notes PDF included the full text as originally provided, leaving no essential information behind.
