Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland Annual Report
Challenge:
From 2017 through 2022, Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland tasked me with design of their annual report. For each year’s report, they provided text, financial data, donor lists and some limited photography. This sample is from 2021.
Process:
2021 was a significant year for the organization, with meal deliveries more than double what they were before the pandemic. In addition, the organization received its largest-ever grant. These were both featured in the opening spread. Since available photography was limited and there was no budget for a photo shoot, a bold color palette and typography were leveraged to create visual interest and tell the stories of clients, volunteers, and donors who support the mission.
Final Design:
This 28-page report was both printed and presented as a flipbook on the organization’s website.
